O S Agrawal Associates is run by F C A and C A professionals right here in Kurar Village. Our office is at 2 Suresh Chawl in the Kokani Pada area, which is near the Santoshimata Temple in Malad East. Mumbai is always moving fast and Malad East is no different. Being in a chawl means we are right in the heart of the community. It’s not like those big glass buildings in south Mumbai. We have a small space where we handle taxes, audits, and all that accounting stuff. People from the neighborhood come to us because we are close by and we know the local situation. The address 4000 97 is our home base. It can be loud outside with the temple nearby and children playing in the lanes, but it keeps things lively. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a secretary in a suit. You just come in and talk to us directly. Sometimes the files get stacked high on the tables and we have to move things around just to find a place to sit. It’s a very practical way of working. We’ve been part of this village for years and plan to stay. There is always a lot of tea drinking and paper signing going on when the clients visit. We like the personal touch of being right here where the people live.
