We've been at Piru Lane for a while now, right near Jabbari Hotel. If you know Sandhurst Road, you know it gets pretty busy around here. Nyka Steel Pvt. Ltd. operates out of units 13, 14, and 15. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done. Most days start early because the trucks need to get in before the traffic gets too bad. We handle a lot of steel stuff, mostly stocking and moving orders for people who need them. It's dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just how the steel business goes. Sometimes people come in looking for specific sizes and we have to dig through the back to see what is left. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it's just a few of us answering phones and making sure the paperwork is right. If you come by, you might see us grab lunch at the hotel nearby. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much on decorating the place because the metal takes up all the room anyway. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we stay right here. Dealing with steel is heavy work, literally. We just try to keep things organized so when a customer calls, we actually know where the inventory is sitting. It’s not always perfect, but we try. The guys in the back have been with us for years, and they know the stock better than the computer does. We just keep our heads down.
