Our office sits on the first floor of Neville House on J.N. Heredia Marg. It’s a well-known building in this part of town. We’ve been operating Nyk Line (India) from here for quite a while. The work involves a lot of shipping coordination. We spend our days tracking vessels and making sure everything is lined up for the ports. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication with different people across the country. The office is usually busy, with people coming in and out and phones ringing constantly. We don't bother with fancy talk or making ourselves sound more important than we are. We just focus on the logistics of moving freight. J.N. Heredia Marg is a busy street, and we’re right in the thick of it. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the routine inside out. We deal with the usual headaches like port congestion or paperwork errors, but we just handle it as best as we can. It's a job that requires a lot of patience. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the shipping lanes moving for our clients. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. If you walk into Neville House, you’ll find us busy with our spreadsheets and shipping docs. It's just what we do every day. It's not always perfect, but we get the job done. That is all that matters.
