We are located over at Neville House, which is right on J N Heredia Marg in the Yashwant Nagar area. It’s a busy part of town, especially with Telco Road being so close by. Our office is on the first floor. If you’ve ever walked around near Ballard House, you’ve probably passed us without even noticing. The building has that old feel to it, with thick walls and a staircase that has seen better days, but it works for what we do. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few old chairs, and piles of papers that never seem to go away. We aren't really the type to worry about fancy decor or having a big shiny sign outside. Most of the people working here have been around for quite a while, so we all know how the ceiling fan makes that specific clicking noise when it’s on high. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic from J N Heredia Marg, especially in the late afternoons when everyone is trying to head home at once. We usually have tea brought in from the stall downstairs around four o'clock. It’s a simple routine and it suits us just fine. There isn't much to say about our history other than we showed up one day and stayed. We just focus on getting through the daily tasks and making sure things are handled properly before we lock up for the evening.
