Noble Battery Charging Station

Our shop is located right on the 8th Cross of Hosur Main Road in Bhendi Bazar. It is a small space, mostly filled with batteries of all different sizes and charging cables hanging from the walls. People bring in their car batteries or truck batteries when their vehicles won't start anymore. We hook them up to the machines and see if they can still hold a charge or if they are completely finished. Sometimes they are just dead and need a full replacement, so we have to tell the customers that straight. It is a lot of heavy lifting and getting your hands dirty with grease and battery acid most days. We have been sitting at this same spot, number 94, for a very long time now. The traffic outside on the main road is always loud and busy, but we have gotten used to the noise. I usually sit near the front of the shop so I can see when someone pulls up with a problem. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights to bring people in. Most of our customers are locals or drivers who pass through this road every single day. If a battery is acting up, they know we are here to take a look at it. It is just me and one helper most of the time. We keep the chargers running even overnight to get things ready for the morning. It can be tiring work, but we are used to it.
