Nissan Hot Roll

Nissan Hot Roll is over in Andheri West. We are at Shop No 40 in the Kamdhenu Shopping center, which is on the 12th Cross and 2nd Main road. It’s a pretty busy shopping area, so there’s always something going on. We have been in this spot for a while now. The shop isn't very big, but it fits everything we need to get through the day. We get a lot of people coming through after they finish their own shopping in the other stores nearby. It gets especially crowded on the weekends. Sometimes we have a bit of a line out the door, and people have to wait on the sidewalk. We try to work as fast as we can, but it’s just a few of us here. The Kamdhenu Shopping complex is a bit older, so it has its quirks, like the occasional plumbing issue or a flickering light in the hallway. We just handle it as it comes. We don't really bother with advertising much. People find us because they smell what we’re making or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we make what we make, and we try to keep the place tidy. There’s no big corporate office behind us. It’s just us and the shop. Andheri West is a loud place, but we’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic and the people over the years. We just keep the lights on and keep going until the day is done.
