Our facility is located at 122/6 in Andheri East, specifically in the Sanjay Building on Jyoti Nivas College Road. It’s a busy part of Mumbai to work in. Metal fabrication and industry work is what we do every day. The building itself is older, and our space is filled with heavy machinery and stacks of raw material. There’s a constant rhythmic sound of metal being worked, which you can hear even before you walk through the door. It’s usually quite warm inside, even with the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through. We don't have a fancy showroom or a lobby with a coffee machine. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, busy with a project or looking over some blueprints on a scratched-up table. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We’ve got a routine of starting early to beat the worst of the heat and the traffic. Getting supplies delivered can be tricky because the road gets so clogged up with cars and commuters from the college nearby. We just manage the best we can. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things done rather than looking pretty. We keep our tools organized and our ledgers updated, and that's about it for the office side of things.
