Nirav Khatri Advisor Llp is located on the third floor of Sapna Sadan, which is room 302. We are on Poddar Road in Malad East, Mumbai. Living and working in Mumbai means you are always in a rush, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more calm. We handle advisory work, mostly focusing on whatever financial or business problems people bring to us. Malad is a crowded place, and our building is right in the middle of all that action. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is being slow, which happens more often than we would like. The office itself is quite simple. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a view of the street below. We don't have a big team of people; it is just a small group of us working hard to get things right. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just listen to what you need and see how we can help with the paperwork or the planning. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. It is a typical Mumbai workspace where people are just trying to do their jobs and get home on time through the traffic.
