Nilin Industries

Nilin Industries is based over in Kandivali(E). Our office is at Plot No.308, which is inside Dimple Arcade. If you are looking for us, we are right behind Sai Dham and quite near to V Mall. Thakur Complex is the wider area we are in, and it’s always got something going on. We have been working out of this space for several years. It isn’t a huge office, just enough for our desks and the paperwork we need to keep track of. Being near the mall means there is always traffic, so we usually come in early to avoid the worst of it. We don't use any fancy business jargon here. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The arcade has many other small businesses, so we know our neighbors pretty well. Sometimes we share a snack or talk about how the day is going in the hallway. We don't have a big reception desk or a person to answer the phones in a formal way. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a very practical setup. The walls have a few marks on them and the furniture is a bit old, but it works for us. We are just a local industry doing what we know how to do best. We don't see the need for big promotions or polished presentations. This is just where we are.
