We are over at 5, Sukh Sadan, right in the Nadiadwala Colony area of Malad West. Being on S.V. Road means it’s always busy outside. Nilgiri Foods And Beverages is a small operation. We spend a lot of our time checking on stock and making sure things are moving. The office in Sukh Sadan isn't very big, so things can get a bit tight when we have a big delivery coming in. We’ve had some long days here, especially during the summer months when everyone is looking for something to drink. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and moving boxes around. Our team is just a few local guys who know the neighborhood well. We don't have a fancy website or a PR team. We just do the work. The traffic on S.V. Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our main tasks done early. Sometimes we run out of space for all the samples, so the desks get a bit buried. It's a bit chaotic but it works for us. We've been in Malad for a while now and we know most of the shopkeepers around here. It's a decent place to work. We don't promise anything crazy, we just show up and do what needs doing every day. That’s how we’ve always handled things. It is just a practical way to run a small food and beverage business in this part of town.
