Nhb Ball & Roller Ltd.

Our office, Nhb Ball & Roller Ltd., is located in room 103 of Crystal Tower. The building is at 75 Gundavli Goathan Road No. 3, just off the main Andheri-Kurla Road. Andheri East is a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We handle ball and roller bearings, which is a very specific type of business. It’s all about the small details and the right measurements. The office itself is pretty functional. We have stacks of catalogs and boxes of samples everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see a lot of polished chrome or designer chairs. We just have what we need to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining sizes and specs to people. The area around Crystal Tower has changed a lot since we first moved in. There are more offices and little shops now, but the traffic on Andheri-Kurla Road is still the same. We get a lot of walk-ins because of our location, so the front door is always opening and closing. We don’t have a big receptionist area; whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. It’s a relaxed place, and we try to keep the atmosphere friendly but focused. We’ve got our routine down and we just keep at it, day after day, making sure the bearings get to where they need to go.
