If you find the New Fish Market on Gaon Devi Road, you’ve pretty much found us. We are right opposite that, in Shri Sai Mauli Chs, room 303. Being in Kalwa West means there is always a lot of noise and activity outside, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits everything we need to handle computer repairs and services. We started Newtech Computer Services because we saw a lot of people in the area struggling with their machines and needing someone reliable to take a look. It’s often just us surrounded by open CPU towers and tangled power cords. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit of a climb on a hot day, but we’re used to it by now. We talk to all kinds of people, from students needing their laptops fixed for exams to shop owners whose billing systems have crashed. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to confuse people with tech talk. We just tell them what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. Sometimes we have a backlog of work, and the shelves get crowded with machines waiting for parts, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people who live around here.
