New Cafe Marol

New Cafe Marol is our small place over in Andheri East Khadakwasla. It is not some fancy spot you find in a mall. We have been here for a good while now and we just do our daily work without much fuss. The shop is usually busy with people coming in from the nearby offices or the houses around the corner. We start early in the morning to get everything ready before the rush begins. My brother and I run the show most days. The kitchen is small but we manage to get things done. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. If you want to know what we have, you just have to come in and look at the board. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy and the floor gets dusty from the road outside, but we clean up as much as we can. It’s a simple life running a cafe in this part of Andheri. We know most of our regulars by their names. We don't really have a big plan for the future. We just want to keep the place running and serve the people who stop by. The tables are a bit old but they do the job. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a cafe where you can get something to eat and sit for a few minutes. That is pretty much it for us.
