New Anand Steel Electronics is located at Shop No 5 in the Lokhanwala Complex. If you know Andheri West, you know how busy this area gets. It’s always crowded with people shopping or just walking around. Our shop is small and filled with various things. We have electronics and steel items all mixed together on the shelves. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are inside. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The sign outside is a bit old now, but people still recognize it. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby and just need something fixed or a new item for their kitchen. The street noise is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We spend the day unpacking boxes and helping whoever walks through the door. It’s a lot of standing and moving things around. We don't have a computer system for everything; a lot of it is still done by hand. It’s just how we like it. The complex is a lively place to be, and there is always something happening outside the shop. We just keep doing our thing every day, serving the people who come by.
