We are based at 85 Worli Sea Face on Annie Besant Road. It’s a nice area, quite different from the noisy factories where the actual steel gets made. Our office here handles the administrative side of the business and the sales stuff. Even though we’re in a more polished part of the city, we still have that industrial mindset. We’ve been involved with alloys and steel for a long time now. The office is usually full of people talking on phones or looking at big spreadsheets. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work for the whole team. We don't go in for a lot of corporate fluff or fancy presentations. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the supply chain is moving along. Sometimes we walk over to the sea face during our lunch break just to get some fresh air. It’s a busy office and there’s always something that needs fixing or an email that needs a quick answer. We’ve grown over the years, but we still remember when we were just a small setup starting out. We keep things professional but we aren't robots. There’s usually some joking around by the water cooler when things aren't too frantic. We just try to do our jobs well and keep the company moving forward. It’s a steady pace and we’re happy with how things are going for us.
