I'm Neeraj, working out of Room 114/3 here in Durga Chawl. It’s a busy part of Malad East, right near Pimpari Pada. People know this area well because of Arun Vaidya Marg. It’s just a normal setup. The room is on the ground level, which makes it easy to find once you get into the chawl. I've been here for a while now. The street outside is usually crowded with people heading to the station or the market. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on the main road, but that's just how it is in Mumbai. I keep things pretty simple inside. There’s enough space for what I need to do. A lot of neighbors stop by just to say hello while they’re passing. It’s not a big office or anything fancy like that. Just a small room where I handle my daily work. I usually start early in the morning when it’s a bit quieter. By the afternoon, the whole place is buzzing. Finding the right door can be tricky for newcomers, but once you know the 114/3 number, it’s fine. I try to stay organized, even if the space is tight. It’s a practical location for me because everything is close by. If I need supplies, I just walk down the lane. Most of the folks around here have known me for years. It's home to me.
