Our office is at number 10, right near where Rajendra Prasad Road and Karve Road meet. It’s a busy junction. We deal with power stuff—batteries, inverters, that kind of thing. It’s not the most exciting business, but people need it when the lights go out. The shop is filled with heavy equipment and wires. It’s usually me and one technician sitting there waiting for the next call. We spend a lot of time on the road, going to people’s houses to fix things or install a new backup system. We aren't one of those big national companies. We’re just a local team trying to keep the power running for the neighbors. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait for the truck to come from the city. It’s frustrating, but customers usually understand. We keep a ledger on the desk for all the bookings. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when we take a break. We don't have a fancy mission statement at Neelkanth Power Solutions. We just want to make sure your fridge keeps running when the grid fails. It’s practical work. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now and we know the local electrical issues better than anyone else around here.
