Our workshop is at 4/5 in the Piramal Nagar Industrial Estate, right off S.V. Road in Goregaon West. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area gets. We focus on metal finishing, so there are always vats and tanks filled with different solutions. The smell of the chemicals is something you just get used to after a week or two. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the building shows its age a little, but the equipment inside works just fine. We don't have a flashy sign or a fancy office. Most of the space is taken up by the processing lines. It’s a lot of dipping, rinsing, and checking the finish under the lights. We have a small crew that has been doing this for years. They know exactly how long a piece needs to stay in the tank. Sometimes the traffic on S.V. Road makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just want to make sure the metal comes out looking right and doesn't rust. It’s a dirty, damp job sometimes, but someone has to do it. We stay busy with local orders and the occasional big project that comes our way. We’re just regular folks doing a specialized job in a busy neighborhood.
