Nazara Technology Pvt Ltd

Our office is in the Noorbaug area of Mumbai. It is a bit of a climb because we are on the second floor of the 14th Chinwala Building. Room Number 45 is where all the tech stuff happens for Nazara Technology Pvt Ltd. The street outside, Nawroji Hill Road Number 7, is usually packed with trucks and people moving things. It’s a very old part of the city. You wouldn't think a technology company is sitting inside an old building like this, but here we are. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep if you are carrying anything heavy. Inside, it's just a bunch of us with our laptops and some servers hum in the corner. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just get our tea from the shop downstairs. The windows are usually closed to keep out the dust and the noise from the market nearby. It gets pretty cramped when everyone is in at the same time. Sometimes the internet acts up because the wiring in these old buildings is a mess, but we manage. It’s a real Mumbai experience working here. You can hear the city humming all around you at all hours. We've been in this room for a long time and we know all the other tenants in the building. It's not glamorous at all, but it’s where we do our work every day.
