Navneet Metal is located at 88-92 Girgaon, right near the Gold Devi Temple. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around the temple, especially during festivals when the streets are packed. Our shop is right in the middle of that hustle. We deal with metal in various forms, whether it is buying or selling different types of scrap or sheets. The space is often filled with the sound of metal clanging or being moved around on the floor. It is a very hands-on business. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning and soft chairs. Most of the time, we are on our feet, dealing with customers or checking the quality of the metal we have in stock. Girgaon is a historic part of the city and we feel like a part of the local fabric here. People stop by to chat or ask about prices while they are on their way to the temple. We have stacks of metal sheets or rods depending on what we have been trading that week. It can get dusty and it is definitely not a clean job, but we like it. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the neighbors know us well. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just tell you what we have and what it costs. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a very busy part of town.
