Our place is basically a workshop filled with wire, coils, and the machinery we use to bend and shape them. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over. You have to be precise with springs, otherwise, they just won't fit right or they’ll snap under pressure. We’ve been in Goregaon for a long time, so we know the area well and most of the other businesses around here too. The shop isn't air-conditioned, so it gets pretty warm when the machines are running all day, but we're used to it. We keep a big water cooler in the corner for everyone. Most of our days are spent taking orders and then getting to work on the production. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it's just someone calling and asking if we can make a specific type of tension spring for a machine. We say yes, we get it done, and then they come pick it up. It’s a simple cycle.
