Nautica Hr

Nautica Hr is tucked away in Mira Road East, specifically in the Asmita Vi building. A 402 is where we spend most of our time. Naya Nagar is a lively area, and it can get quite crowded during the afternoons. Our office is a modest space. It’s not one of those massive corporate floors you see in the city. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of files to keep track of. Working here means getting used to the sounds of the neighborhood. There’s always something happening outside. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through papers. It’s quiet inside for the most part, unless the fans are rattling. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us doing the work. Sometimes we order food from the places downstairs when we’re staying late. Mira Road has grown a lot since we first moved in. Finding the building can be tricky if you don't know the landmarks, but once you find Asmita Vi, you just head up. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the day. There’s always plenty to do, so we just get on with it and try to stay organized among all the folders and notes. It is just a normal work day.
