You can find us at 1 Samantaj Building on Sir Pm Road in Mahim. National Watch Co has been a part of this neighborhood for quite a while. Mahim has its own vibe, and we fit right in. Sir Pm Road is a good spot, plenty of people walking by every day. Our shop is in the Samantaj Building, which is a sturdy old place. We keep things simple here. There are some glass cases with watches and a small area in the back where the actual repair work happens. It’s often a bit messy with parts and tools scattered around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We see people from all walks of life coming in. Some want a new battery, others have a watch that stopped working twenty years ago and they want to see if it can live again. We don't make any big promises, we just take a look and see what we can do. The Mahim area is always lively, and we like being right in the middle of it. It’s a straightforward business. We open up, we fix watches, and we talk to the people who come in. Sir Pm Road is always busy, but we keep our little space in the Samantaj Building quiet. We don't have a lot of help, so if there are several customers, you might have to wait a little bit.
