National Cool Cab Services

We operate out of Govandi, specifically in the Old Mhb Colony area. It's a bit tucked away off L T Road, on Plot 25 in the G Block. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find once you get off the main road. National Cool Cab Services has been around this neighborhood for a while now. We started with just a couple of cars because people around here needed a reliable way to get around without too much fuss. It isn't a big flashy operation with a call center. Usually, it's just us answering the phones and making sure the drivers know where they are going. The traffic around Govandi can be a real headache sometimes, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai or anything. We just want to make sure the folks in our part of town have a ride when they need one. The office is small and simple, just enough room for the desks and a place for the drivers to sit for a minute between trips. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans. We just show up, take the booking, and get the car to the right spot. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot or the rain is heavy, but we keep at it day after day.
