We’re over in Masjid East, inside Bharat Chambers at 52-C Baroda Street. Our office is room 305. It’s a busy part of town, right near the railway and the docks. You can hear the trains and the trucks going all day long. We’ve been here for years, dealing with all sorts of transport and carrier work. It’s a lot of tracking trucks and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many records from over the years. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of suits. We’re just regular people working in a busy office. Sometimes the traffic on Baroda Street is so bad that it takes forever to get anywhere. We do our best to keep things moving, even when the port is backed up. We have a lot of regular drivers who stop by for their papers. We usually have a pot of tea going. It’s a lot of manual work, checking logs and signing off on deliveries. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the same methods that have worked for us for a long time. It’s a bit dusty in here from all the old paper, but it’s our space. We just keep at it every day and try to get the shipments through the city.
