We are located in Chembur, specifically at the Krushal Commercial Complex. It’s room 404. Being in a commercial building in Mumbai means there’s always someone coming or going. Naresh Steel Industries operates out of this office. It’s not the kind of place where we are cutting metal on-site; it’s more about the coordination and the business side of steel. Chembur can be quite a busy area, especially with the traffic around the complex. We spend our days on the phone or sitting at the computer, making sure our supplies are getting to where they need to be. The office is pretty basic. We have our files, some samples on the shelf, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. It’s not a shiny corporate headquarters with glass walls. It feels like a place where work actually happens. We have a small team, and we all know what needs to be done. Sometimes it’s stressful when a shipment is delayed at the port or on the road, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been part of this Mumbai zip code for quite some time. Customers come by to sign papers or just to talk about the market. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on doing the job right and talking to people directly.
