Our office is on the 2nd floor of Masjid Upta Bhavan, which is on Ahmedabad Street. This is right in the heart of the Iron Market in Carnac Bunder. Naresh Steel Industries. has been around this area for a long time. It’s very close to Masjid Bunder Station, so there’s always a crowd. The whole building smells like old paper and iron. It’s a busy, gritty part of town, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We deal with steel all day long. The office at unit 206 is usually filled with ledgers and delivery notes. It’s not a place for a quiet chat; there’s always shouting from the market downstairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and transport guys. Getting trucks in and out of these narrow streets is a nightmare, but we manage it every day. We don't have a website or anything like that. People know us through the trade. It’s a traditional way of doing business. We sit at our desks, drink tea, and handle the orders as they come. It’s been the same routine for years. The building is old and the lift sometimes doesn't work, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. Being in the iron market means we are right where the action is. We aren't looking to move anywhere else. This is where we belong, among the steel and the noise.
