Naresh Sharma Co

Naresh Sharma Co is based out of Malad West. We aren't in a shop on the street, but rather in Building No 5 called Mana, specifically in Flat No 42. It’s more of a home-office type of situation. We moved here a few years back because it was easier than commuting into the center of the city every day. There are just a few of us working together. The space is a bit tight with all the files and the computers we have set up, but we make it work. It feels more like a family here than a regular company. We eat lunch together and sometimes the work gets pushed back because we are talking too much. We do our best to stay organized, though sometimes a file goes missing for a day or two. It is a low-key operation. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell you things you don't need. When people call, they usually talk directly to me or Naresh. We handle everything from the mundane paperwork to the more complicated stuff ourselves. Malad is a good area, though the traffic near the building can be a nightmare in the evenings. We like the quiet of being up in a flat rather than on the ground floor. It’s a simple way to run a business and it suits us just fine for now without any extra fuss.
