Narendra Steel Centre

Narendra Steel Centre is located in Malad West, Mumbai. Our shop is number 5 in Chaitanya Apartment on Mukta Baugh Lane. We are quite close to the local fish market and the Monginis cake shop near the Malad station. It is a very busy spot and there is always a lot of noise from the trains and the shoppers nearby. We sell all kinds of steel utensils and household items made of metal. The shop is usually full of stacks of plates, pots, and containers. When people walk in, they have to navigate around the piles of stock. It clanks a lot when we move things around to find what someone wants. We’ve been here for quite some time and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. The work is pretty straightforward. We buy the steel goods and sell them to people who need things for their kitchens. Sometimes it gets dusty and we have to spend time cleaning the metal so it stays shiny. We don't have a big staff, just us working the counter and helping customers. Some days it is very hot inside because the air doesn't move much in the lane. We just keep the fan going and wait for the next person to come in. It is a basic business and we don't try to make it seem like anything else.
