Our office is located at B-4, Swarup Nagar, on Plot No. 169 in the Om Nagar area. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main ports. We’ve been set up here for a while, and it works well for us. We handle forwarding for different kinds of goods. It means we spend a lot of time on the phone and typing out emails to agents and carriers. Some days the phones are quiet, but most of the time it’s pretty hectic. We have a few desks and a small area for files. It’s not a big corporate setup. We just try to get the work done without making a fuss. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we’re used to that. We have a small team here, and we all know what needs to be done. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that on the wall. We just show up in the morning, check what’s arrived, and start working on the lists. It’s steady work. Most of the people around here know who we are. We don't do much marketing; we just rely on the work we do every day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, but that’s normal in this business. We just keep moving forward with the daily tasks as they come.
