Renuka Exim

Renuka Exim is on the 7th floor of Aura Biplex in Borivali West. If you know SV Road, you probably know where the Kalyan Jewellers is. We are right above them. Borivali is always packed with people and traffic, especially near the station. From the 7th floor, we get a bit of a view of the chaos below. We handle a lot of export and import stuff here. It involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and checking on containers at the harbor. The office is modern enough but it’s definitely a working space, not a showpiece for visitors. We have our routines, starting early to catch people in different time zones. Sometimes we have to stay late for the same reason. SV Road is always noisy with the horns, but once the windows are shut, we can focus on the spreadsheets. It’s a lot of logistical planning and phone calls. We don't really do the big sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people who just need their goods moved correctly from one place to another. Being above a jewelry store means security is always around, which is a nice bonus. We just go about our business, filing the right forms and making sure the cargo moves. It's steady work and we like being in this part of town despite the crowded streets outside every single day.
