N. S. Hussaina Logistics & Services

Our office is in Sai Arcade, room 408, over in Mulund West on N.S. Road. It’s a decent enough building, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We do logistics work here, which basically means we spend our time on the phone and the computer trying to track down where things are. It’s a lot of checking lists and calling drivers. Sometimes they don't pick up, which can be frustrating. We’ve been in this Mulund location for a while now. It’s a busy area with lots of shops and people moving around. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. The office is pretty basic with some old furniture and a lot of binders. We don't spend money on fancy decor because it doesn't help get the shipping done. Most of our day is spent dealing with delays or fixing mistakes in the paperwork. It’s just the way this business works. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We’re just here to handle the transport stuff so people can get their goods on time. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in. It’s just how it goes. If you come by, the tea is usually hot, and we’re probably buried under some manifests. We just keep plugging away at the work until it's finished.
