My Job Management Consultant

We are located at 18B/12 in the Indian Airlines Colony. It’s in Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai-29. This colony has been around for a long time and has a lot of history. We work as job management consultants. Basically, we spend our days helping people figure out their work situations. It’s not a huge office with a lobby. It’s a simple space where we can sit down and talk. Santacruz East is always crowded, and getting to Kalina can be a bit of a trek sometimes with all the traffic. But once you’re in the colony, it’s a bit quieter. We deal with a lot of resumes and job postings. We don't have a polished corporate image. We just use simple English and try to be honest with the people who come to see us. It’s a lot of listening to what someone is looking for and then seeing if we have something that fits. We have tea together in the afternoon and go through the latest applications. It’s a small operation. We’ve seen the job market change a lot in Mumbai over the years. Some days are slow, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. We don't make big claims about being the best in the business. We just do the work and try to help people find a decent job. That's how we have always done things around here.
