My Healthy Palate Llp

My Healthy Palate Llp is situated in a very local part of Mumbai, specifically at 1 1 Birju Yadav Chawl in Coal Dongri, Andheri East. Working out of a chawl is a different experience compared to those big office parks. It is very close-quarters, and you are always aware of your neighbors. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from children playing in the lane to the sounds of someone cooking next door. Our space is quite small, so we have to be very organized with how we use every inch of it. The 1st Calli lane can be a bit of a squeeze, especially if someone has parked a scooter in the wrong spot, but it has a lot of character. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. It is just a door in a row of many, but everyone around here knows who we are. We do most of our work on a couple of sturdy tables, and we are constantly moving things around to make more room. Andheri East is a chaotic place to be, but inside the chawl, there is a sense of community that you don't find elsewhere. We are just regular people working in a humble setting, trying to keep up with the pace of the city. It is honest work, and we don't feel the need to pretend it is anything more than it is.
