Mv Optical Gallery

Our shop, Mv Optical Gallery, is located in the Gopal Puri Building over in Borivali East. We are at number 6, and it’s a pretty easy place to find if you are walking around that part of the neighborhood. It is a small space, but we have managed to fit in all the frames and testing equipment we need. The building is older, and it has a nice feel to it, even if it isn't modern and sleek. We spend our days helping people pick out glasses and checking their vision. It is a lot of quiet work, looking through lenses and making small adjustments to frames so they sit right on someone’s nose. We get a lot of local people who just walk in because they live nearby or are passing by on their way to the station. It isn't a high-pressure environment; we just take our time and talk to whoever comes in. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded if more than two or three people are inside at once, but we make it work. The light in the shop is quite bright so people can see the different styles properly. We don't have a big corporate back-office, it’s just us here behind the counter. We’ve been here for a while now and enjoy being part of the Borivali community. It’s a simple business, and we just focus on the glasses and the customers. That is life here at the gallery every day.
