Mv Fitting Industries is found at Plot No.251/D-45 in Gokul CHS Ltd, Sector No.2, Kandivali West. It’s a bit of a unique location because we are right there in the middle of a housing society area. This means we have to keep things a bit more organized and quieter than a big industrial park. Our unit is small and focuses on the fittings work. We have a few machines that take up most of the floor space, leaving just enough room for us to move around. Kandivali West is a busy suburb, and there’s always a lot of movement around Sector No.2. We have a small sign on the door of the unit so people can find us. It’s a very practical space. We don’t have a fancy waiting area or anyone to serve coffee. Usually, we just stand by the machines and talk about what needs to be done. The workers are mostly local guys who live nearby. We try to finish our heavy work before it gets too late in the evening so we don't bother the residents in the Gokul society. It’s a tight-knit community, and we’ve been here at Plot 251/D-45 for a good amount of time. The office part is just a small corner with a filing cabinet and a telephone. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and it works well for us in this neighborhood. We don't have corporate titles or badges.
