Our office is on the first floor of the Raji Commercial Complex, rooms 104 and 105. We’re right on P.L. Lokhnande Marg in Chembur East. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We focus on metal finishing systems. It’s technical work, dealing with surfaces and chemicals and machinery. The office is where we do the planning and meet with clients who need their metal parts to look a certain way or last longer. Down on the ground level, the city is always moving, but up here we try to keep things focused. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with orders to worry about that. We have a small team, mostly people who have learned the trade over many years. It’s not glamorous work, honestly. You get your hands dirty and you deal with a lot of specifications. But it’s what we know. We get calls from all over because there aren't many people doing exactly what we do in this area. We usually have a pot of tea going and some paperwork piled up. If you come by, just head up the stairs and we’re right there. We don't have a big sign outside, but the building security knows where we are.
