Munshi & Co. Pvt.Ltd. is situated at 79/A Nagdevi Cross Lane. If you’ve ever been to Nagdevi, you know how packed those lanes are. It’s a hub for hardware and industrial stuff. Our shop is right in the thick of it. It’s a narrow building, and we’ve got stuff stacked up to the ceiling in some places. We’ve been here for ages, and the family has seen the whole street change over the years. It’s a busy, noisy place where everyone is always in a hurry. We spend our days helping people find the right tools or parts they need. It’s not a fancy showroom. You’ll probably see some boxes on the floor and a bit of dust on the shelves. That’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a website that does much, and we don't send out newsletters. People just know to come to Nagdevi Cross Lane when they’re looking for us. We drink tea with the other shopkeepers and keep an eye on the street. It’s a lot of manual work, moving crates and checking lists. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide what people need for their own jobs. It’s a simple life in a crowded lane, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in. There is always someone looking for a specific bolt or a rare valve in this neighborhood.
