Mumbai Cool Cab Services is based in the Nehru Nagar area of Andheri, specifically within the Aruna Day Society. We are located right opposite the Reliance Energy building, which makes us easy to spot for our drivers and anyone coming by to settle their accounts. Running a cab service in this city is never quiet. There is always a car needing maintenance, a driver checking his schedule, or a customer calling to see where their ride is. Our office is a practical space where we keep track of everything on a few whiteboards and some old ledgers. It gets pretty warm in the middle of the day, so we usually have the fans going at full speed. We don't have a fancy lounge for people to wait in, just a few plastic chairs and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. The society around us is full of activity, and being opposite a big landmark like Reliance Energy means there is a constant stream of people passing by our door. We focus on keeping the vehicles moving and making sure our guys know the best routes to avoid the worst of the Andheri traffic. It’s a busy, sometimes chaotic job, but we enjoy the pace of it. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just provide cabs and try to make sure they show up on time. It’s simple work.
