You can find us in Mulund West, specifically in the Panch Ratna Co-Op. Hsg. Soc. We are on the ground floor, Room No. 26 2/4 in Gautam Nagar. Being on the ground floor is quite handy because people can just walk right in without dealing with stairs or elevators. It’s a typical Mumbai housing society office for Multiplex Management Services. There’s always some activity going on outside, kids playing or people chatting near the gate. Inside, it’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the desks and the storage we need for our management work. We handle a lot of different tasks, mostly involving a lot of forms and spreadsheets. The fans hum constantly to keep the air moving because it can get quite stuffy in the afternoons. We’ve got a small cupboard for our tea supplies and a very old clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words or polished speeches. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the day. Sometimes the neighbors come in to ask for help with something, and we don't mind. It feels more like a community spot than a stiff business environment. Mulund is a nice area, and being in Gautam Nagar puts us right in the middle of things. We’ve been in this room for years and know all the quirks.
