Multi Zipper

Multi Zipper is located at No. 17/19 Sham Sheth Street. We are on the first floor, right in the middle of the Abdul Rehman Street area. If you know Mumbai, you know this part of town is dedicated to all the small things that make other things work. We specialize in zippers of all shapes and sizes. Our shop is packed with boxes and drawers full of sliders and chains. It’s a bit of a maze inside, and sometimes we have to search for a minute to find exactly what a customer wants. The building is old and the elevator is a bit temperamental, so most of us just use the stairs. Abdul Rehman Street is always packed with people, carts, and scooters, so it’s a lively place to be every day. We don't have a big sign or any fancy lighting. It’s just a functional space where we do business. We’ve been here for years and have seen many other shops come and go. We have a regular crowd of tailors and manufacturers who come to us because they know we have the stock. It’s not glamorous work, selling zippers, but it’s a steady living. We handle the orders as they come in and try to keep our inventory organized, though it’s a struggle. It’s just a plain, honest shop in a busy market. We don't do much marketing, we just wait for the bell on the door to ring.
