My main office is in Ghatkopar West, right near the 1 Cross on the 80 Feet Road. I’m up in C/701/702. It’s a good location because the road is wide and people can find it easily compared to some of the narrower lanes. I’ve been working from this spot for a long time. The view from the windows is mostly other buildings and the tops of trees, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. I don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just me and a couple of others who help me keep things organized. We spend our days answering phones and going through files. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I suppose. I started this business because I wanted to stay local and serve the people in my community. Most of our clients are families or small business owners from around Ghatkopar and the New Bel Road area. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Usually, someone just tells their cousin or a neighbor about us and that’s how we get our work. It’s a quiet way to run things, and it allows me to focus on the actual tasks instead of worrying about image. I like that we can keep things personal and direct with everyone.
