Mukand Limited

You can find us at Sunhill-View Apartments in Asalpha, right near the Himalaya Society in Ghatkopar. Mukand Limited has been using this space for a while now. It’s basically an apartment that we turned into an office, so it’s got a kitchen that we use for making endless rounds of tea and a balcony where we sometimes take a break. It gets pretty cramped when everyone is in at once. There are papers everywhere, and sometimes we have to move a box of files just to find a place to sit. Ghatkopar is a busy neighborhood, and Asalpha is even busier. The streets are tight and there’s always something happening outside. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect to find a corporate office, but it suits us just fine. We don't have a fancy sign out front, just a small plate near the door. We handle a lot of the local coordination and paperwork from here. The people working here are mostly locals who know the area inside out. We don’t have a big handbook on how to behave; we just show up, do the work, and try to help each other out. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or the elevator is broken, so we walk the stairs. It’s just normal life for us. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren’t. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished and the records straight.
