Our office is located right in Nariman Point, specifically at 226, Bajaj Bhavan on the 3rd floor. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside. Mukand Industrial Machinery Ltd. has been operating out of this space for some time. It's an older building, but it has character and serves our purposes well enough. Most of the work involves managing industrial machinery stuff, which means plenty of calls and technical specs lying around the desks. We aren't the type to have a big reception area with flowers and fancy rugs. It’s more about folders, computers, and people trying to coordinate things. The team here is small but we've been together a while. Some mornings the elevators take forever, but that's just life in a city like this. We don't do much in the way of big marketing campaigns because the industry we’re in is pretty niche. Most of our contacts know where to find us. When we aren't working, we’re usually just grabbing a quick tea or talking about the latest equipment needs. We try to keep it simple at Mukand Industrial Machinery Ltd. because there's no point overcomplicating things. Being at Nariman Point is convenient for meetings, even if the traffic is a bit much. We just do our bit every day and try to keep things moving along smoothly. We don't need fancy titles to get the work done correctly. It's just a desk job in a busy city.
