M/S Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants

Our office is located in Gokul Gardens, which is part of the Thakur Complex area in Kandivli East. It's a residential neighborhood for the most part, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. We are in unit G-605. The office layout is pretty basic, with enough space for our staff and the rows of files we have to maintain. We spend most of our time dealing with audits and general accounting work. It’s the kind of job where you have to pay attention to small details, so we spend a lot of hours staring at screens and paper printouts. The walk from the main gate of the complex to our building is a nice bit of exercise in the morning. We don’t have fancy decorations on the walls, just the necessary calendars and a few clocks. Our day usually starts with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule. Clients come in and out, mostly local business owners who need their books looked at. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the complex grow over the years. The heat in Mumbai can be tough, but the office stays relatively cool. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we are just a firm of chartered accountants doing our daily tasks. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of double-checking numbers. It’s a steady way to spend the work week for the team here.
