We are located on the 3rd floor of Jyoti Chambers on L.T. Road in Mulund (East). It’s a busy building in a part of town that always seems to be on the move. M/S Riddhim Siddhim Steel (India) Pvt Ltd is where we handle the administrative and trading side of the steel business. Since we are on the third floor, we are a bit removed from the noise of the street, though you can still hear the trains from the nearby station if you listen closely. The office is full of files, samples of different steel grades, and various documents that we need to keep track of. It’s not a large place, but we have enough room for our small team to work comfortably. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or coordinating transport for the materials. Steel is a tough business with prices changing all the time, so there’s always a bit of stress involved in making sure everything runs on time. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or designer furniture. It’s just a practical office for people who deal with raw materials. Sometimes we stay late when a big order is coming through, but usually, we wrap up and head out like everyone else. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living and we’ve been at it for a long time now in this same spot.
