Our office is located in the Gaondevi housing society over in Goregaon West. It’s on MG Road, near the Link Road, so there’s always a lot of movement outside. Being in a residential building like A/106 gives the workspace a bit of a different feel than a typical commercial tower. It feels more like a local spot where people actually know their neighbors. We deal with refractories, which are those materials that can stand up to really high heat, but in the office, we’re mostly just dealing with the logistics and the sales side of things. It’s a small space, and it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples or paperwork lying around. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone trying to make us look like a global giant. We’re just a group of people in Mumbai trying to keep the business running smoothly. The commute to Goregaon can be a bit of a struggle for some of us, but once we’re in the office, it’s just about getting through the to-do list. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about the local news or the weather, which helps break up the day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a regular workplace where everyone knows what they need to do and we just get on with it without making a big deal out of anything.
