M/S. Adecco India

Our office is located in the P G Patil Building, specifically at number 4 on M P Road in Mulund East. It’s right in the Gavanpada area, which is a fairly busy part of Mumbai. Adecco India has had this spot for a while. We spend our days dealing with people looking for jobs and companies needing workers. It’s a lot of talking and looking through resumes. The building itself is older, but it serves us well enough. Being in Mulund East means we get a lot of local folks coming in to ask about openings. We don’t have any fancy displays or high-end furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and filing cabinets full of papers. Sometimes the office gets quite crowded in the mornings when a new batch of roles comes out. We try to stay on top of it, but it’s a lot to manage sometimes. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people heading to the station. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know our roles. It’s mostly about matching people with what’s available. Sometimes it works out quickly, other times it takes a lot of follow-ups. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because there’s always someone calling or walking in. It’s a straightforward operation. We just try to keep things moving and help out where we can without making things too complicated. That's the way we've done it for years.
