Bandra West is a place where everyone is always in a hurry, and we are right in the middle of it at Siddhivinayak CHS. Our office is on the seventh floor of the A wing, tucked away off Gurunank Road. Mrudul Fresh Veggies Llp is our little venture into the world of fresh produce. We spend a lot of our time making sure the stuff we get is actually fresh and not just looking okay on the outside. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boxes and talking to the people who bring the supplies in. The traffic around Bandra can be a nightmare for our delivery timings, but we do what we can. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from accounting to moving crates. Sometimes the rainy season makes things difficult, especially with the dampness, but we keep the place as dry as possible. The 701 flat isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with how we stack things. We don't have a fancy sign or a big front desk. If you come by, you'll just see us working around piles of vegetables and papers. It’s a simple life, focused on getting the greens out to the kitchens of Mumbai without too much trouble. We just take it one day at a time here.
