Mr Y M Shah

Y M Shah is located at 510 Pagrav, which is right on S V Road in Goregaon West. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, especially with Patkar College being just next door to us. You can always hear the students outside and the constant honking from the S V Road traffic throughout the day. The office is on the fifth floor, so it is a bit away from the street noise, but not entirely. I have been in this building for years now. It is an old structure, but it is sturdy and everyone in the area knows the Pagrav building. Getting here is easy because of the Western Express Highway and the station being close by, but the traffic can be a nightmare during the evening rush. I usually get in early to beat the crowd. Inside room 510, it is mostly just shelves full of files and a couple of old chairs for visitors to sit on. I do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find me through word of mouth or because they saw the sign on the road while stuck in traffic. It is a very hands-on operation. I handle the paperwork, the phone calls, and the client meetings myself. Sometimes my assistant helps out with the typing, but usually, it is just me. Goregaon West is a mix of old shops and new residential towers, and it’s home.
